IFA Personal Trainer Diploma, is for the trainer that wants a complete understanding of all aspects of training one on one clients, as well as training small groups and big groups.
We have many other qualifications that will broaden your skill and understanding no matter you want to generalize or specialize.
There is no age limit, however, to start your studies you need to be over 15 years of age.

IFA Certified Personal Trainer will take 48 hours of practical time and 52 hours of study. IFA Personal Trainer Diploma will take 94 hours of practical time and 150 hours of study. The study hoursmay differ from person to person depending on prior fitness knowledge.

IFA Certified Personal Trainer is a 2 levels of academic study course that will give you a great foundation giving you the essentials that are necessary to training your clients in a safe and effective.IFA Personal Trainer Diploma Trainer is a 4 levels course that will give you everything that’s necessary to be a fully-fledged fitness educator. This course goes more indept with nutrition one on one PT and group PT sessions, include becoming a qualified movement coach and group fitness instructor.
On successful completion you will be able to teach group fitness classes, and/or work as a Personal Trainer.The standard of examination given by the IFA ensures that any individual who achieves the minimum pass mark is qualified to offer safe and effective exercise prescription to all, whether individually or in a group.

Yes all IFAonline courses requires Adobe Flash. Flash does not come pre-installed on any Apple device. The iStore has applications available to enable Flash content.
To reset your www.indonesiafitnessacademy.com password, please visit the login page and use the Forgot Password feature. Password resets may take up to 30 minutes to take effect. Any attempt to login prior to this timeframe may result in an Invalid Password error. You will be required to change this password again after you login with it next time. Once you successfully pass your exam, a digital copy of your certificate will become available to you within 24 hours, but in most cases immediately. Within 2-4 weeks, a hardcopy certificate will be mailed to the address you have on your IFA account.
Renewal of all IFA courses are required every three years through completion of the our Renewal Exams. The IFA Renewal Exams will offer three exam attempts and will have an enrolment duration of 365 days. The IFA Renewal Exams will recertify the credential for another two years from the new completion date. A processing fee of Rp.200,000 will be charged for each time that you renew your license.
No, the course progress is only for your benefit. IFA recommends that you read all the chapters and complete all the chapter quizzes before you attempt the final exam.
To achieve 100% course progress in the course you must complete all lessons and all chapter quizzes in the course. A lesson is considered complete or 100% when you have viewed or clicked on all pages within the lesson and completed the end of lesson Knowledge Check. A chapter is considered complete or 100% when you have completed all the chapters lessons and the end of chapter quiz. The course is considered complete or 100% when you have completed all the chapters. PLEASE NOTE: Achieving 100% in the course does not mean you have achieved your qualification. You must complete the Final Exam to achieve your qualification.
You can view your course progress in two methods. First, you can view the course dashboard by clicking on the dashboard icon located at the top-right of our screen. Second, you can click on the MENU icon located at the top-left of your screen. Once you have clicked on the MENU icon, all chapters and lesson available will be listed with a percentage number and graphical representation.
Yes, your work will be synced across all devices as long as you only have the course open on one device at a time. If you start your course on a desktop and close the window when finished as instructed, you will then be able to see your progress on another device.
Your study material is available as long as your course stays active. The enrolment duration will be explained at the time of purchase and you can see when your course will expire on the course home page.
We will provide practice exams for each of the National Qualifications which will be located within eachIFA Qualification course.
All final exams for each individual coursewill be located within each of IFA Qualification courses.
You can navigate through the course using the linear method and completing the lessons in order, or you may use the MENU and choose a different chapter to navigate to.
No, you may take the end of module quizzes as many times as you like. IFA recommends you take the end of module quizzes multiple times as the questions will change each time you take the quiz.
Yes, all of the study material is available online. It can be accessed on a computer, or a mobile device such as a phone or tablet.
In most cases courses will update on a yearly basis. The updates will range from simple content fixes to new tools and functionalities to help improve your overall experience in the course and how to absorb the course material. Whenever an update is made you will be able to see the changes made in the Release Notes section of the Help function.
Yes, you will see infographics and other downloadable resources throughout the course. In many cases these will be PDF documents that open up in a new browser window. Once the PDF has opened up in your browser or external PDF reader such as Adobe Reader, you may save that document to your computer.
